Method of use:
1. Place the ball under your foot and rotate your foot on the ball.
2. The more you press on the ball, the more intense the massage it gives to the foot.
3. There are no restrictions on the duration of the massage, so it is recommended to continue until relief in the foot.
4. After class, it is recommended to rinse the product with warm water and dry it naturally (without using heating devices and avoiding direct sunlight).
5. After drying, the product is ready for reuse.
The product is elastic, but try not to stretch it more than 4 times.
